A Date with Myself






Anyone recognize where I went? Yes, that's right. Last week I took myself out on a date to Disneyland. I really needed some me time and I had been wanting to go to Disneyland, so I said what the heck, and drove the hours and 40 minutes to go to the most magical place on earth. It was actually really fun going on my own. I even discovered on some rides, there is a single rider pass (meaning you cut the hour long wait and go to the front!). It was for this reason I was able to ride Indiana Jones 3 times on a busy summer day.

If you are in the military or know someone who is, you can get a 3-day park hopper pass for only $99. Definitely worth it! You would just need to go with someone who can show their military I.D.

    I remember the first time I went to the movies by myself and it was a great liberating feeling :)

    I've never been to Disneyland by myself. I always thought it would be weird haha. But you make it actually sound fun! Cause when I go with friends I never get to go on the rides I want to go on. Sooo great idea!
    For me time, I usually go to antique stores or thrift stores, or even to the mall. I hate shopping with other people because I feel like I take forever haha :)

    I would so go to Disney world (here)alone. I love the pictures you took they are perfect!! I wish I could have been there with you we would have had so much fun!!

    I'm so jealous! Seriously I am one of those people who gets extremely giddy when it comes to disneyland! My sister just moved from CA which made me sad, because I no longer had a free "hotel" there. BUT THEN my sister in law just moved to Berkeley which is a ways away but hey! I'm still going to go. Probably in September my husband and I will head out there.
